We were tasked by our client in conjunction with the architect to develop a plan to reconfigure the existing 1970’s property to suit modern family life.
Extending the house by almost the same again, we created two large new spaces, one housing the sitting room with bi-fold glass doors and the other housing a large dining space and luxury kitchen, again with full wall bi-fold doors leading out to the gardens.
The client also made use of our lighting and audio expertise with feature LED lighting in the main spaces and a wireless dimming system giving them a selection of lighting scenes. We also provided a whole house audio installation and cinema system.
This was completed ontime and within budget by our contractors, and have since picked up other work from the architects.
